Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order but if something’s not quite right, we're here to help. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or a return label.

To start a return, please contact us via the form below within 30 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description and images of the issue.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know the next steps. Approved returns will receive either a replacement, refund, or return label- depending on the issue.
